Before you email

• Problems with your internet connection? We can’t access or fix your provider’s network. Please contact your internet provider — our diagnosis tool creates a report you can send them, and our guide explains how to log a fault.
• Website owners: if you’d like your domain removed from the public “recently checked” list, email us from an address at that domain and we’ll remove it.
• Bug reports: tell us which page, your device and browser, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
