Free tools, provided as-is
NetCheck’s tools and guides are free and provided for general information. Speed, diagnosis, location and website status results are estimates that depend on your device, network, test servers and conditions at the time. They are not a guarantee of service quality and are not technical, legal or professional advice.
No warranty
We work to keep NetCheck accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee that it will always be error-free or online. To the extent permitted by law, NetCheck is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its results.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you may not use the website down checker or speed test to overload, attack or probe websites or networks, use automated scripts to send large numbers of requests, or attempt to interfere with the site’s security. We may block access that appears abusive.
Third-party services
The speed test uses Cloudflare’s network, and the site shows Google ads and links to other websites. We’re not responsible for third-party content or services.
Intellectual property
The NetCheck name, logo, design and written content belong to NetCheck. You may link to any page and share your own test results freely.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
